Andrew is a professional drummer with great background both in music theory (Jazz Degree) and experience (played in different gigs and is still playing with his band). Though his credentials are intimidating, he is the most welcoming and most patient teacher any drummer can have. He tries to explain and answer every question that I have in a way that I can understand. He is very particular on the fundamentals in which every drummer must learn, and because of this, I noticed a huge improvement on my drumming in just two sessions with him. He always give tips on what to do and practice to improve my drumming every session. He always encourage his students and help them on their goal in the style of drumming they want to learn. He always makes our session fun but full of information. I highly recommend him as a drum teacher to people of all ages. He is the most cool and approachable drum teacher you can find.

Our son and daughter are learning to play the drums with Andrew and it is the highlight of their weekend! Our son (5 years) broke his arm but couldn’t bare to miss a lesson so is playing one handed! Our daughter (7 years) is quite shy and often lacks confidence in herself, yet when learning drums with Andrew, he is so patient and kind that she leaves the lessons with the biggest smile.
